Custom Valves--Precision Adaptation for Special Industrial Working Conditions

With the increasing requirements for fluid control precision and environmental adaptability in the industrial sector, standard valves can no longer meet the needs of extreme working conditions. A set of custom valves needs to go through a complete technical closed-loop process. Enterprises first collect data such as medium characteristics, pressure and temperature through working condition diagnosis, and the technical team completes the scheme design with the help of simulation technology. In the production stage, precision machining, 3D printing and other processes are adopted to ensure core indicators such as the flatness and finish of the sealing surface. Before leaving the factory, multiple tests such as pressure testing and air tightness testing are required. Some high-end products are also integrated with intelligent monitoring modules to realize remote operation and maintenance early warning.
